Our story
Originating from the vibrant city of Hyderabad and deeply rooted in the Telugu community, the founders of Kachiguda Junction set out to share the culinary traditions of Andhra and Telangana with communities across Canada. With a shared passion for preserving their heritage while embracing new horizons, they built Kachiguda Junction in Whitby, Ontario — and later in New Jersey.
Through Kachiguda Junction, we aim to create a warm, inclusive, and culturally rich dining experience that resonates with the communities we now call home. Each dish served is a testament to our commitment to tradition, care, and a heartfelt desire to welcome every guest into the tapestry of Telugu and Hyderabadi culture. As you dine with us, you're not just enjoying a meal; you're becoming a cherished part of our community.

The history
Step into a world steeped in tradition as we delve into the history of Kachiguda Junction. Born from the hearts of Hyderabad natives who ventured to Canada, our story carries Telugu and Hyderabadi culture handed down through generations. Kachiguda Junction is a real railway station in Hyderabad — a place where lines meet — and that is exactly what we set out to build: a junction where four regional kitchens, and two countries, come together on one menu.
The cuisine
From the fiery spices of Andhra to the aromatic richness of Hyderabad and the hearty warmth of Telangana, each bite at Kachiguda Junction is a celebration of authenticity. Our commitment to cherished ingredients and time-honored cooking methods ensures that every dish on our menu resonates with the soulful essence of Andhra and Telangana.

The ambience
Immerse yourself in the welcoming embrace of Kachiguda Junction, where the room reflects our roots and the warmth of Telugu hospitality — the rustic charm of Andhra, the regal elegance of Hyderabad, and the cozy comforts of Telangana. Our dining experience is not just about the food; it's about creating a sense of community, where every guest feels like a cherished part of our family.
